Refund and Returns Policy

We value your trust and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Our dance fitness guides are designed to deliver results, motivation, and a fun experience from the very first session. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and that’s okay.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, please send a request to our support team at info@mgroove.top with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason. We may ask for feedback to help us improve, but it’s not mandatory for your refund to be approved.

Since our products are digital and instantly accessible, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases where:

  • The majority of the content (e.g., more than 50% of videos or downloads) has already been accessed or completed.
  • The refund request is made after the 7-day period.
  • The user attempts to request a refund after completing the full program.

Once your refund is approved, your access to the digital content will be automatically revoked, and your login or download permissions will be disabled. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please note that we do not offer partial refunds for bundled products or discounted packages unless the issue is related to technical errors on our side.

Our goal is to create a joyful and effective at-home dance experience for you. If something isn’t working for you — whether it’s the program level, the content format, or a technical problem — please reach out. We’re happy to offer alternatives, help you switch programs, or resolve access issues before issuing a refund.
